A day of needles and bats

Well as you read, the day started off crappy. I ended up going to the Dr today at about 10 and she said I have a sever sinus infection and my sinuses are impacted, she ask how long this had been going on and was kind of ashamed to say at least a couple of months. So I ended up getting a shot (which I don’t deal well with needles at all - which is kind of odd considering ) and she loaded me up on antibiotics and nose spray and decongestant. Well it must be some good stuff, I was feeling much better by this evening. Went to my sons ballgame and they did wonderful today. He started in right field in the first game and started as catcher in the second game. He got a couple of good hits and made a close play at home, but did score, GO Blake!!!! I took lots and lots of pictures but it might be a challenge to post them…lol…you’ve just gotta know me to understand that one….I have my true blonde moments at times J. well after the ballgame I still had plenty of time to go walking. Was able to get in 4 miles today and it was wonderful. Well to catch a few of you up here, I have been working on a change of life style. In the past several months I have lost a total of 50 lbs and starting to feel much better about myself. I’m all for accomplishment and walking gives me a tremendous sense of accomplishment, so it not only makes me feel physically great, but the mental affect is incredible. I still have a long ways to go before I’m at my goal, but I am getting there each and every day, one step at a time. I have been keeping track of my friend Brads blog now for a little while and the HNT is of course very interesting to me. My only problem is I don’t have a real good imagination when it comes to pictures. I do have a couple that I think I will share, but don’t be surprised if I don’t have one for every HNT…well tonight I kind of cheated and got my idea from Mr. BKS himself. Thank you and don’t get testy for me riding your coat tail ;) I’m still new at this you know J….well hope you all enjoy the pictures if I can get them loaded….hope everyone has a wonderful HNT. I am going to send my luv out to the “tumbling dice”, I hope all is well if your out there somewhere….until next time……
